MDP (Manager Development Partnership) is a development service package specifically designed to provide personalised support to managers who, for a variety of reasons, would benefit from external consultant-based support in the achievement of role, career or business-based objectives.
It is primarily aimed at supporting managers who are in a change or development mode e.g. recently appointed or promoted
Key Features:
a blend of traditional non-directive coaching and one-to-one training
takes advantage of technology-based remote working as well as face-to-face contact
does not require a manager to attend external training sessions because all the development is done in the context of the manager's current work and role
totally tailored to the individual in terms of purpose, content and method of working i.e. a relevant combination of face-to-face, telephone and e-mail support
based on the achievement of specific work-related targets and objectives agreed in advance with the manager and his/her sponsors
