Introducing Our 'Team Growth' Courses

The following courses have been designed to combine learning on aspects of teamworking with an element of fun. They courses are based at a pleasant country hotel situated in the beautiful Taw Valley, North Devon.

Training Methods:

Short trainer input sessions covering the key principles and skills. Structured, supervised outdoor-based (but safe) activities designed to give practice in and encourage, effective team working. Trainer facilitated sessions to review team performance, key learning and how to apply it back at work.

Please Note: The outdoor-based elements are not 'stamina tests' i.e. not too physically demanding. Approximately 30% of the course is outdoor-based in managed woodland close to the hotel.

Trainers:

Two - both experienced and qualified in designing and running indoor and outdoor-based training and development activities.

Support

All training sessions are supported by concise delegate notes outlining the key principles and skills together with useful hints and tips for applying them back at work. A post-course e-mail 'hot-line' support service is also available to all participants.
